Malliyoor Ganesha Sangeetharadhana leaps in to its Seventh year
 Malliyoor Ganesha Sangeetholsavam, stated seven years ago by a few virtuous carnatic musicians led by Sri Kottayam T.S. Ajith Kumar, has now proved to be a successful platform for performers and have demonstrated itself as the spiritual face of carnatic music. On July 17th 2011, the 'Sangeetharadhana' completed six years since it started and stepped into its seventh year of successful functioning.
 For the last seven years more than 25 carnatic musicians performed here every day thus making this a unique 'Sangeetharadhana'. The team of musicians started the Sangeethopasana at the Malliyoor Ganapathy Temple here on 17th July 2005. The temple is famous for the Vaishnava Ganapathy concept and for the temple Patron, Bhagavatha Hamsam Sree. Malliyoor Sankaran Namboothiri. The first day of Sangeethopasana was then accomplished by the performance of Sri.Puliyannoor Rajeev (Vocal), Sri. Syamji K. Bhasi (Violin), Kottayam T.S. Ajith Kumar (Mridangam), and Sri. Shinu Gopinath (Ghatom).
The seventh year of the Sangeetharadhana was made special by the group performance of 12 Carnatic music artists. Carnaticindia.com proudly presents the event videos for the viewing pleasure of music ‘rasikas’.
